White River Rising Finale Celebration

his summer, a small crew paddled 84 miles down the White River — from Muncie to Indianapolis — to document a story that’s been unfolding for decades.
On September 11th, we finish the journey.
The White River Rising crew will arrive by paddle at White River State Park at 5pm, completing the final leg from Frank’s Paddlesports Livery to the heart of Indianapolis. And we want you there when we do.
Join us for the White River Rising Finale Celebration — a free public event on Celebration Plaza at White River State Park from 5 to 8pm.
