Join a naturalist at the Holliday Park Nature Center to learn about what and how you can forage in winter. We will also learn how to forage safely\, ethically\, and sustainably. All participants will receive a booklet with recipes using edible plants that are commonly found in Indiana! Learn about Nature’s bounty and begin to forage with confidence! \n\n\n\nThis workshop is part of a series of workshops on foraging that will focus on a different season for each session. These workshops will run from Summer 2025 to Summer 2026.
