Pleasant Run Bates Hendricks Cleanup with BNS

Join Keep Indianapolis Beautiful and the City of Indianapolis’ Department of Business & Neighborhood Services (BNS) as part of our co-led monthly cleanup series to help tackle litter along Pleasant Run (a tributary of White River) and neighboring streets! Cleaning litter beautifies our city while protecting our local ecosystems, including our soil, waterways, plants, and wildlife, from pollution. Litter prevention is one of the easiest things we can do to keep our city clean, but it takes all of us doing our part! We will be cleaning Pleasant Run from Beecher St to Shelby St (1 mile) at this location. *It is an expectation for every volunteer at any KIB project to remain respectful of the spaces and neighborhoods we are in as reflected by both our language and actions.*

Street parking will be available along Pleasant Run Pkwy S Dr and nearby streets. A portable restroom will be available for use. We will meet across the street from 929 E Pleasant Run Pkwy S Drive, by the Barth Avenue Bridge.
