Eiteljorg Kids Workshop with Artist in Residence Bobby Silas

Calling all young artists! Join us for a unique and hands-on pottery workshop with renowned artist Bobby Silas. Bobby, a Hopi artist who has embraced Zuni techniques, will guide your little ones through the exciting process of creating their own pottery. Starting his pottery journey in 2004-2005 at Zuni High School, Bobby learned traditional Zuni methods that have influenced his work, including a decade-long partnership with his late partner, Timothy Edaakie. Now, he’s dedicated to reviving ancient designs in his contemporary creations.

Bobby will share his expertise and passion for pottery, making this an inspiring and creative experience for all participants.
